Age Calculator

To calculate your age from your date of birth:

1. Calculate years: Subtract your birth year from the current year.
2. Adjust for months: If your birthday hasn't passed this year, subtract 1 from the years.
3. Calculate months: Count the months between your birth month and the current month.
4. Calculate days: Count the remaining days in the current month.

Example: If you were born on January 15, 1990, and today is March 20, 2024:

• Years: 2024 - 1990 = 34 years
• Birthday has passed this year, so age is 34 years
• Months: 3 - 1 = 2 months (January to March)
• Days: 20 - 15 = 5 days
• Age: 34 years, 2 months, 5 days
